• Large quantities order at least 4 weeks before event, please keep in mind that I have no control over delays in shipping or any other circumstance.
• Shipping processing time depends on Quantity pieces per order to make.
• All centerpieces are Individually Handcrafted. Typical Turnaround is 7 Days before Ship your Order + shipping time.
• I can Sometimes Offer a Courtesy Rush Depending on Current Workload
CUPCAKE WRAPPERS
• Shipping On regular business days.
• Once your order ships, it generally will arrive within 5- 7 business days, unless expedited shipping is chosen. Please keep in mind that we have no control over delays in shipping by USPS or any other carrier.

• If your package is missing or broken during shipping process.

- Refunds will not be made for any package that the USPS has damage - no matter if it was insured or not. If you did pay for the insurance and did not receive the package in good condition then I will send you a copy of the Postal Insurance Receipt so that you can file a claim with the Post Office
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing boxes that show as "delivered" via tracking number or delivery confirmation number.
Signature confirmation is optional and a customer can request this option by writing it in the customer notes section of the order just before checkout.
If no signature confirmation is requested, the customer assumes full responsibility and liability for lost or stolen packages that track as "delivered."
Signature confirmation is an optional service that must be requested by the customer.
I recommend signature confirmation for apartments, condominiums, and for clients that have had packages go missing before.
If no request is made for signature confirmation, packages can be left at the shipping address per the driver's discretion with a full waiver of liability.

REFUND AND CHANGES

• Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. no returns or exchanges.
• All Order Cancellation are subject to a 15% fee.
CUPCAKE WRAPPERS
• All Order Cancellation are subject to a 15% fee.
• Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Refunds will be issued only on unopened wrapper packages received in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
• The customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
• Any signs of used products, and unauthorized returns, will not be approved for return, and reshipment of products will be the responsibility of the buyer.
CUPCAKE STANDS
• Cupcake stands are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
